When I try to run the report it fails and comes up with the error message: “An unexpected error has occurred. (I have already successfully done this with all the Receipts for that financial year). I am trying to run off the ‘Payments Record (Money Out) report for each month in the financial year ending to turn them into an excel spreadsheet for the accountant. That doesn’t help me greatly, as I have a very short timeline I need to comply with! They say the problem has been referred somewhere and they will get back to me when they can, but that they have no control over the timeline.
